Payment Information
OzSpy Security Solutions does not collect or store credit card information. All payments made online or over the phone are processed securely through third-party payment gateways or EFT systems. Once payment is processed, no card data is retained by OzSpy or its franchisees.

All shared information is handled securely and, where possible, is encrypted or anonymised before transmission. OzSpy does not sell personal information to any organisation.

As OzSpy does not store credit card information, no financial data is retained after a payment is processed. Personal information is otherwise retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil its purpose or meet legal requirements. When no longer required, it is securely destroyed or de-identified.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting your local OzSpy franchise or our head office. Proof of identity will be required to ensure confidentiality. Requests will be handled promptly and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may occasionally send marketing emails or offers about products and services we believe may be of interest. Privacy and CCTV Footage
CCTV systems used by OzSpy or installed for customers may collect visual or audio data. OzSpy does not access customer's CCTV systems unless directly requested by customer for support purposes, and is not stored or given to any thrid party. Footage from CCTV systems in OzSpy premises is used solely for security, training, and service purposes and is handled in accordance with the APPs and any applicable state laws. Access to CCTV data is restricted and provided only where lawful and appropriate.
