Reports should be made to the Head Office, or any member of management. Complaints will be treated confidentially, and the company will conduct a thorough investigation into all reported incidents. Retaliation against individuals who report discrimination or harassment is strictly prohibited.

  1. Disciplinary Action:

Any employee found to have violated this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment/contract. The severity of the disciplinary action will depend on the nature and frequency of the offense. Additionally, any customer or stakeholder who engages in discriminatory behaviour or harassment may have their relationship with OzSpy Security Solutions terminated.

  1. Training and Awareness:

OzSpy Security Solutions will provide training and educational programs to any employees/representatives who have breached this policy on Anti-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity Policy to ensure awareness and understanding of their rights and responsibilities. Regular reviews and updates of this policy will be conducted to reflect changes in applicable laws and regulations.
